Good Faith Estimate
RESET believes in clear, upfront pricing. This page explains your right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for healthcare services, as required under federal law.
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges if you are:
Not using insurance, or
Choosing not to submit a claim to your insurance
A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated cost of services before care is provided, helping you understand pricing in advance.
What a Good Faith Estimate Includes
A Good Faith Estimate will include:
A description of the scheduled or anticipated services
An estimate of the expected charges for those services
The date the estimate was provided
Actual charges may vary based on the care received, but the estimate is intended to provide transparency and help you make informed decisions.
When You Can Request One
You may request a Good Faith Estimate:
When scheduling care
Before receiving walk-in services
At any time prior to treatment
We are happy to provide this information upon request.
If Your Bill Is Higher Than Your Estimate
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
Information about this process is available at:

Our Approach to Pricing
At RESET, we aim to keep pricing clear, straightforward, and accessible. We are always happy to answer questions about expected costs and explain options before care is provided.
Transparency is part of how we remove friction from healthcare.
